On the left are the Old Hostel, Refectory, McHardy Hall, the Young Farmers' Club Memorial Hostel, the Rehab Hostels, and the four Court Hostels. The Recreation Centre can be seen in the background.

The Veterinary Science Complex and Bernard Chambers Building are to the right of the Science Towers and Social Sciences Complex respectively. The Agricultural and Horticultural Science Buildings, the Riddet Complex and Colombo Hall are behind the Science Towers, with the Wool Building to the right of the Court Hostels, and the Boiler House to the right of the Agricultural and Horticultural Science Buildings, on the opposite side of University Avenue.

On the far right of the image, across Tennant Drive from the main campus, are Walter Dyer Hall, Craiglockhart and Bindaloe, while the old Dairy Factory and some of the neighbouring Department of Scientific and Industrial Research buildings are in the bottom left corner of the image.
