Also visible on the right are the Bernard Chambers Building, the Veterinary Sciences Complex, the Agricultural and Horticultural Sciences Buildings and part of the Practical Teaching Complex.

In the centre of the image are (from bottom to top): Wharerata, the Social Sciences Complex, the Registry Building, the Library, the Student Centre, the Science Towers, the brand new Information Technology Services Building, the Riddet Complex and Colombo Hall.

On the left, most of the Old Hostel between the Refectory and the old Main Building (apart from a small section which at this time was still in situ) has been demolished and replaced by the new Business Studies West and Business Studies Central, both of which have been built to the same aesthetic style as the other surviving buildings from Massey Agricultural College.

Both the Commercial Complex and the brand new Japan Lecture Theatre are in the bottom right corner, while the Rehab Hostels, Young Farmers' Club Memorial Hostel and Court Hostels are in the upper centre.
