Description
Upon arriving at Massey University, Governor General Sir Arthur Porritt and Lady Porritt are greeted by the university's Chancellor Blair Tennent.
The Governor General has come to officially open the university's brand new dedicated Library Building, which replaced the previous small library that was housed inside the Main Building, and the Veterinary Science Building 1.
