Chaff existed from 1934 to 2012 and was the student newspaper of the Massey Agricultural College Students' Association and, after university status was attained in 1964, that of the Massey University Students' Association on the Manawatū campus. It was replaced in 2012 by Massive, a university-wide student publication.
