Albertland Co-operative Dairy Company was formed from the merger of the Port Albert Co-operative Dairy Company and the Hakaru Co-operative Dairy Company in 1934. Records of the Albertland Co-operative Dairy Company continue chronologically in the Port Albert Co-operative Dairy Company record books. The Albertland Co-operative Dairy Company merged with the Mid-Northland Co-operative Dairy Company in 1974.

The Company was situated at Wellsford in Rodney District.
