A panoramic photograph of the factory complex. Visible are houses, offices, laboratories, the main factory with boiler room at rear and a smoke stack, a small building with a loading/unloading stage, store room and stables. There are 12 trucks carrying milk cans waiting along the drive in front of the factory and other main building, and one loaded truck backing into the loading bay. The trucks all have NZ CoOp Dairy Co. Ltd. along their sides. There are three sets of electric wires mostly on poles crossing the foreground.
