The factory appears to be made of brick and wood. The boiler room flue extends well above the roof. A horse, with a cover is in an enclosed, fenced area near the front. Cans are on the fence in the stable area. The building was opened on the 1st of December 1910. As of 2025 the building was still standing and is located at 33 Dobson Street West, Ashburton.
