DescriptionThree postcards with paintings of native birds on native plants.
One postcard shows a Whitehead and a Yellowhead on sprays of fruiting Miro (Podocarpus ferrugineus), another shows two Silvereyes on a Korari (flower stalk) of Harakeke (Phormium tenax), and the third shows two Brown Creepers on a branch of flowering Makomako (Aristotelia racemosa).
The rear of each postcard reads: 'No native forests mean excessive floods and erosion. No native birds means no native forests', and, 'Printed with permission of The Forest and Bird Protection Society for "Para" Needlework Co., Wellington, N.Z.'
