The building is built of wood with corrugated iron roof.

At the back is the boiler house, with smoke stack emerging above the roof; there is a window. The main factory has two sash windows with a ventilator within the peak of the roof. Next to the furthest of the two windows is a raised water tank, with possible steam emerging from a pipe coming out of the boiler room. The forward part of the factory has a window just visible behind another tank, possibly the skim/whey tank. The front of the factory has an overhanging roof over the loading area for protection.

There are at least four loaded horse-drawn vehicles in front of the factory. There are two milk cans on the loading stage. This factory is surrounded by dead and dying tree bush.
